Zvláštní péče, s jakou je tento čaj pěstován, ručně sbírán a dovedně zpracováván čajovými mistry, nemá obdoby. Tento 100% kultivar Okumidori (v překladu „Hluboká zeleň“), známý také jako Hačidžú-hačija, se vyznačuje výraznou vůní třešňových květů, sladkými vanilkovými tóny sušeného sena a bohatou, hlubokou chutí umami. Letošní velmi očekávaný výběr pochází z oblasti Kirišima v prefektuře Kagošima na jihozápadním ostrově Kjúšú v Japonsku.
