Madison P. ★★★★★

The high-altitude growing really comes through in the cup—there’s a distinct freshness I haven’t found in other oolongs, and the sun-drying process seems to bring out a smooth, almost creamy finish. Brews up beautifully with several infusions, each one just as rich as the last.

I’ve been brewing this every afternoon since it arrived, and the 2000-foot altitude really comes through in how smooth and clean the cup is. The repeat sun-drying leaves a gentle, lingering sweetness that I haven’t found in other oolongs I’ve tried.

The 2000-foot altitude really shows in the depth here—each steep brings out a new layer, and the repeat sun-drying gives it a smoothness I wasn’t expecting. I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week, which says enough.
