Økologisk Assam-te

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this one's earned it—the honey notes actually show up in the second steep, and it's noticeably less astringent than the bagged assam I've been stuck with. The amber liquor looks gorgeous in a clear mug, and even without milk it's got that smooth, malty depth

The smooth character really comes through even with a long steep, no bitterness at all. I’ve been brewing it strong in the morning and that rich honey note makes it feel almost sweet without any sugar.
