The first brew turned out so smooth and delicate that I finished the whole pot before my tea even cooled down. Those little rolled green leaves unfurl into a beautiful, fragrant cup that lingers long after the last sip.
I steeped a small pot of these leaves just before bed and the aroma of jasmine filled the whole kitchen—the brew itself is so smooth and delicate, no bitterness at all. Even the second infusion still had that soft floral sweetness, which is rare for a green tea.
The dry leaves smell incredible even before brewing, and once steeped the liquor is this pale, almost luminous green that tastes exactly as described—smooth and delicate with a soft floral finish. I keep going back for another cup just to catch that jasmine scent again.
